Bombers Youngster Training Elliptical is an excellent bit for young horses as it is extra gentle on the horse's cheeks when the rider uses a leading rein, and it sits very stable in the horse's mouth. Also works well when leading and lunging.

Youngster is designed for the training of young horses. It gives pressure to the side of the mouth when you use the rein to lead the head to one side and eliminates the risk of the bit ring turning when using a leading rein. The reins are attached to the inner ring. A straighter mouthpiece that gives a smoother mouth pressure. The elliptical middle part is slightly forward-facing and gives pressure over the tongue.

Bombers bits are manufactured in South Africa and are completely handmade, which gives a unique opportunity to choose how each small detail of the bit should be designed. The mouthpieces are in sweet iron and brass and shaped to distribute the pressure over a larger surface, rings/shanks are in stainless steel.
